Terms & Conditions: Umami DM x Aya Resort 

  1. Eligibility: The Umami DM x AYA Resort offer is valid on all orders placed via the Umami DM service on WhatsApp or Instagram only. It is not valid for orders placed through other platforms. This offer is valid only for Umami DM users who have consented to Umami DM’s privacy policy.
  2. Offer Validity: The offer is valid from the 26th of May 2026 until the 31st of August 2026 (inclusive). Users will receive an AYA Resort Summer Club Day Pass for 2 people, valued at €40, with each order placed during the campaign period.
  3. Redemption of the Pass: The AYA Resort Summer Club Day Pass can be redeemed at AYA Resort by presenting the Umami DM order number at the hotel reception. The pass is valid for entrance access only. The pass is valid for 14 days from the date of the qualifying order. Any unused passes after the 14-day period will automatically expire.
  4. AYA Resort Access Conditions: The AYA Resort Summer Club Day Pass includes full-day access to the AYA Resort pool area from 11:00 until 19:00. AYA Resort is an adults-only hotel and access is strictly limited to guests aged 20 and above. Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the hotel premises.
  5. Non-Transferable: The AYA Summer Club Day Pass cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold, or substituted for any other service or benefit.
  6. No Order Limit: There is no limit to the number of qualifying orders a customer may place during the campaign period. Each qualifying order is eligible to receive one AYA Summer Club Day Pass for 2 people.
  7. First-Time Users: First-time users will receive a 10% discount on their order, in addition to the AYA Resort Summer Club Day Pass included with each order.
  8. Delivery Area: Umami DM is only obliged to deliver to addresses within its designated postcode coverage area. You will be notified if your delivery address falls outside of this area before you place your order.
  9. Delivery Times and Delays: While Umami DM strives to ensure timely delivery, delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, or other factors outside our control. Umami DM is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather or traffic.
  10. Modification or Cancellation of the Offer: Umami DM and AYA Resort reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the official Umami DM platforms.
  11. General Conditions: Umami DM and AYA Resort reserve the right to refuse redemption of the offer in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Scan the QR code or click the link for WhatsApp or Instagram available on our website www.umamiasian.com, start a chat by typing the word DM, select your items from the menu, and confirm your order and proceed to payment to complete it. Our AI assistant and Umami agent will guide you through the process step by step. You may order for delivery, for take away, or for dine through our table order service. Pre-orders are also available through Umami DM (please note these are possible only two days in advance).

Yes! You can customize your meal by selecting available options. If the restaurant cannot accommodate your request, we will inform you.
