- Eligibility
This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in the Republic of Cyprus. Employees of Umami Sushi and Pan Asian, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries or any other parties professionally connected with this competition, including family members of the aforementioned are not eligible to participate. - Competition Period
The competition will run from 12 September 2025 until 12 October 2025, both inclusive. - How to Enter
To enter, customers must place an order through the Umami DM ordering service (via WhatsApp or Instagram) with a minimum spend of €45 (participants must ensure their order total, after applicable discounts and including any delivery charge, is at least €45) during the competition period. Each qualifying order counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted provided that each entry corresponds to a separate qualifying order. - Prizes
Two (2) winners will be selected. One winner will receive an iPhone 17 Pro Max in Silver, and the other will receive a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 in Jet Black. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. Umami Sushi & Pan Asian reserves the right to determine which winner receives which prize. Once the prizes have been handed over to the winners, Umami Sushi & Pan Asian accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to the devices. - Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within five (5) working days following the end of the competition. Winners will be contacted by telephone using the contact details provided during the order. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of initial contact, Umami Sushi & Pan Asian reserves the right to select an alternate winner. - Data Usage
By entering the competition, participants consent that their name may be published on Umami Sushi & Pan Asian’s social media channels if selected as a winner. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Cyprus data protection laws. Umami Sushi & Pan Asian reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, due to events outside its reasonable control (e.g. fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances). By placing a qualifying order during the competition period will be considered as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. Umami Sushi & Pan Asian accepts no liability for entries not received or incomplete due to technical or connectivity issues. - Withdraw
Customers who do not wish to participate in the competition may request to be excluded by sending a direct message to Umami Sushi & Pan Asian via WhatsApp or Instagram during the competition period. Their order will remain valid, but their entry will be removed from the prize draw. - Withdraw
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event that a stated prize is unavailable due to factors beyond Umami Sushi & Pan Asian’s control, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be provided. - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.

- Eligibility: The 10% discount is valid on all orders placed via Umami Dm service on WhatsApp or Instagram only. It is not valid for orders placed through other platforms, i.e. the Umami Sushi and Pan Asian call center for delivery or takeaway, or for dine-in orders (unless the order is placed via the Umami Dm table order service). This offer is valid only for Umami DM users who have consented to Umami DM’s privacy policy.
- Offer Validity: The offer is valid from the 8th of March 2025 until the 31st December 2025 (inclusive). All orders must be placed before midnight on this date to qualify.
- Cannot Be Combined: The 10% discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount voucher, or coupon.
- Discount Application: The 10% discount is applicable only on the total value of the order, including all taxes, before the delivery charge of €3 (three euros). The delivery charge of €3 (three euros) is applied to all orders.
- Non-Transferable: The 10% discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- No Order Limit: There is no limit to the number of orders a customer can place using the Umami Dm service during the offer’s validity period.
- Delivery Area: Umami Dm is only obliged to deliver to addresses within its designated postcode coverage area. You will be notified if your delivery address falls outside of this area before you place your order.
- Modification or Cancellation of the Offer: Umami Dm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the Umami Dm platforms.
- Delivery Times and Delays: While Umami Dm strives to ensure timely delivery, delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, or other factors outside our control. Umami Dm is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather or traffic.

Our service allows you to order your favourite Umami Sushi & Pan Asian dishes quickly and conveniently through WhatsApp and Instagram DMs (direct messages). Scan the QR code or click the link for WhatsApp or Instagram available on our website www.umamiasian.com, start a chat by typing the word Dm, select your items from the menu, and confirm your order and proceed to payment to complete it. Our AI assistant and Umami agent will guide you through the process step by step. You may order for delivery, for take away, or for dine through our table order service. Pre-orders are also available through Umami DM (please note these are possible only two days in advance).
Do I need to download an app?
No, you don’t need to download anything! Just chat with us on WhatsApp or Instagram, and you’re all set to order.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other digital payments through JCC’s secure payment gateway, card or cash on delivery.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! You can customize your meal by selecting available options. If the restaurant cannot accommodate your request, we will inform you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation with an estimated delivery time. You can also check updates by messaging our Umami agents with your order number.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
You can specify dietary restrictions in the chat (notes section). We will pass this information to the restaurant.
My order is taking too long. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the delay! Please message our Umami DM agent through the chat you used to place your order for a status update or contact our call centre on 70002027 if there’s a significant delay.
My order is incorrect. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused! Please send a photo of your order along with the details of the issue and our team will work on resolving it.
My food arrived cold. What should I do?
